HELP CENTER

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

My fee is $200 for a 45 minute meeting. I do not offer sliding scale fees at this time.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Each visit is 45 minutes.

WHAT TECHIQUES, MODALITIES AND APPROACHES DO YOU USE?

I vary my approach based on the situation. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy and Family Systems primarily. My training often incorporates Object Relations as well. Over the years I've attended a variety of training seminars, so I blend those in as well, creating a unique therapy experience for the client. I tend to be a more active therapist in session, offering ideas for new behaviors and new thought patterns as much as I can, so that the patient can feel that they have new ideas to resolve their problems.
